📢 Notice to All City of Auburn Utility Customers

Barrow County has notified the City of Auburn of an increase in the sewer rate effective October 1, 2025.  The rate increase will be from 5.85 to 6.15 per 1000 gallons per unit. 

The city received official notification of this change via USPS mail, which arrived on Monday, September 22, 2025. The rate will be reflected on your upcoming utility bill.

This item was approved by the Mayor and City Council on September 25, 2025.
