• Provide, Establish, maintain and conduct countywide public recreation programs for all citizens.
• Advisors to Mayor and Council.
• Determine levels and types of recreation programs, facilities and recommended development of same.
• Formulate long and short range plans.
• Advocate for a variety of quality recreation programs and facilities.
