Administrative
The Administrative Department is responsible for the management and investment of public funds in accordance with the City Charter and with policies set by the City Council. Accounting, budgeting and Human resources are handled by this department. The Department is responsible for accounts payable, general ledger, grants monitoring, accounts receivable system, and preparation of routine accounting reports as well as the City’s financial statements. Municipal contracts, records and the city computer system are also handled by this department.
